Two Roads Collective began the way many meaningful ventures do, through a simple intersection of paths between two women building their own professional journeys. We met during a real estate transaction, initially connecting as professionals working toward the same goal. What started as a straightforward business interaction quickly turned into something more as we discovered a natural alignment in how we think, work, and approach opportunities.
Through conversations during that process, it became clear that while our backgrounds were different, our strengths complemented each other in a way that felt rare. One of us brought strengths in strategy, organization, and big-picture thinking, while the other contributed a sharp eye for opportunity, creativity, and practical execution.
